I have a problem with non-existent flow.
In principle it works, but if I first move a new mail to the subfolder and later an older mail that I encounter in the inbox, the flow does not work on that.
The older mail will then remain in the subfolder.
Is there a way to solve that?
Hi @frixel ,
It seems your flow is monitoring on the subfolder, when a new email arrives in the subfloder, the flow will be triggered.
As your said, when you move a new email to the subfolder, the flow will not be triggered.
I am afraid you can't use the 'When a new email arrives' to monitor the subfolder.
As the Outlook receives the new email in the default folder(inbox).
So when you move the older eamil from the inbox to the subfolder, the flow will not be triggered.
To solve this issue, Solution 1:
Set the subfolder as the default Receive folder.
You can use the 'When a new email arrives' to monitor the inbox.
Then use the 'Move email' action to move the email to the subfolder.
Then do the other things you want.

Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately that is not possible as you describe.
This is because an assessment is first required before an email is dragged into the subfolder. The flow may not look in the inbox because not all mail can go to the subfolder.
It is also not possible to do it with a rule from outlookk because not all mail with an excel file can go to the subfolder.
