Problem with the flow trigger - 502 Unable to connect to the remote server

Recently when I help my user to check some of the issue of their flow, I can see that the flow shows following message:

However, with this problem showing, all the flow run do not have any problem. from the run, seems that the trigger works fine. But this error notification can be quite alarming and distrubing. 
the notification normally disappear when I edit a bit of the flow, but it will come again some days after that. 
 
Anyone know how to solve this?

We are experiencing the same issue here in the US.

Our Flows are also running fine except for the error message, BadGateway.

 

This has been happening on one our other Flows as of this week

Just a few minutes ago I noticed it started happening on a Flow I created just an hour ago.

 

Hopefully this is sorted out soon.
