Pull Data from Power Apps into Excel

Hey all, I am currently developing an app which utilizes a series of list dropdowns that each filter into the next to reduce the possible number of options to only the ones that are applicable, such as: Continent->Country->State->Town

There is also a text input for the app user.


I am currently trying to build a power automate flow which will record each of the responses from the user (The dropdowns and the text input) and insert the data as a new row in an excel file, and am having very little luck. If anyone has any ideas/advice that will be much appreciated!

Hi @aac14012 ,

 

Does the app would create an item in the sharepoint list?

If yes it should be very easy, you could create the flow with trigger when an item is created in the sharepoint list, add a row to the excel table.

 

If the app would only create an item to the collection, you could refer to link below to create the flow,just replace the send an email action with add a row to a table action:
