My organization has a weekly email. Right now, our workflow is pretty manual with various entries being aggregated in an email template that our editors review prior to sending. I'm curious if you've got ideas on using Power Automate to improve this. Right now, I see capabilities relating to having a Microsoft Form -> Approval -> email. But is there a way that if 20 people submitted a form, we could pull descriptions from all of them into one email template that is automatically sent at the end of the week? I'd love ideas.
@jdelnero as each form is submitted you could save use a flow to save it to a list in SharePoint and then at the end of the week have another flow with a recurrence schedule trigger that sends the info from all the forms that week in the email.
