Pulling a substring out

I have an array where every line looks like this:

"": "user.name@school.edu"

I need help pulling out the email address so it can be fed into Search for users (V2). Presumably the quote symbols and the : are interfering. Every address comes out as invalid even if I know it is valid (e.g., my own address). Please help!

Thanks,

Anne

You could try the following:

The output is as follows:

I did run into odd problems with the expressions to extract the email address. I will post later about this. This seems to be a bug. The cause of this odd behaviour seems to be the data, as the data is missing the key/value pair combination for it to be truly" valid. The data should be constructed similar to this:

If you can get your data in the above format, it could save your from experiencing other problems later in your flows.

Can you post the structure of the array.

For example, is your data similar to this format:

[
  {
    "": "user1.name@school.edu"
  },
  {
    "": "user2.name@school.edu"
  },
  {
    "": "user3.name@school.edu"
  }
]
