Hi,
We have Board members that have been set up with corporate Invest NI mail accounts in the cloud.
I want to send email notifications to their primary personal Inbox's that they use on a daily basis to alert them that they have recieved an email in their corporate account and prompting them to log in.
I am trying to use Flow to do this, see below.
If the connector is the same account of the mail that we want to use as the To trigger, this works.
The problem is that i do not know the Board members passwords and therefore cannot log in as them when setting up the connection.
Is it possible to have a different account as the connector to the trigger mailbox?
eg. To joe.board@investni.com using connection administrator@investni.com
If so what set up or permissions does the connector account need?
Regards,
Ollie

Hi @Oliver_McErlane,
There is currently no way to do the operations you mentioned for "When a new email arrives".
The connection configured here can only use the account of a single user.
I am afraid there is no way to achieve your needs.
