I have a SharePoint list that holds personal information but for multiple users, so I have the permissions set to read and write access only to that users list items. What I need to do is send a link in Flow that will give the person who gets that link an email access to that list item. It can be permanent access as this information would be going to a manager or accountant.
Is there any way to send a link that gives access to a list item?
Assuming the Flow runs under an account which has complete access ot the list (Owner rights in SharePoint)
You can use the new flow actions to set permissions to items in SharePoint and accordingly grant access and send email

I have done this now and given permissions to a user account I have access to yet when I go to the sharepoint list there is nothing there. The flow ran successfully and gave me the correct of the ID of the item I was trying to give permissions for. I set the permission to : can edit.
Any ideas why this might be happening?
@RezaDorrani Have you been able to look into this at all? I am still having no luck with this feature. I am aware it is a new feature to grant permissions to a user in Flow so it may be a possible bug?
