Read Sharepoint file metadata

Hi,

I am working on flow, that is supposed to work with data filled in file columns. When I create a flow and add condition that is supposed to be something like if <file column: value> is greater than 10000, than send email to <file column: recipient>. The problem is that I cant check the file column values. Is there some way to check the values? (advanced mode query or something)

In case is is not supported yet, is it being worked on? Is there some ETA? I need to give some answers to the client.

Thanks for any advice!

Re: Read Sharepoint file metadata

Hi Dusty,

Could you clarify what you mean by sharepoint file ? Is this an excel file in sharepoint for instance, or is this a sharepoint list ?

Thanks,

Andre

Re: Read Sharepoint file metadata

Hi,

By SP file I mean some file in SP library (most likely Word document).

Thanks for reply,

Duchy

Re: Read Sharepoint file metadata

If using an excel file as input you could read the excel column values one by one in a foreach and then have a condiiton on the value of each item.

Hallo,

I look for the same functionality and the release notes still disappoint me:

Re: Read Sharepoint file metadata

Hi,

Are you quering SharePoint document library or a list? What is your filter query and what flow template are you using?

Thanks
