Receive an email notification for news posts - Email not displaying properlly

I was able to create the fold for any time that a news post is published send an email. 

Now my issue is about the email design. I can't seem to find a good alignment for the information that is being shared. 

The news post image doesn't display as the one listed and I am the following email details:

I was able to fix it..but realized that images do only display on the Outlook Web version but do not load into the Outlook on the desktop. 😞

@Dina to add an image into the email you need to use html. And to do that you need to click on the code icon </> at the top of the email body field. That's the case whether you are using the Send an Email (V2) or the Send an email notification (v3) which I've done in my example just because I had the screenshot to hand:
