Receiving System Exception message

I'm trying to send a forms survey via flow when a case is resolved in dynamics but receive the following failure error

Can you share your flow? (Screen shot of run output and in edit mode please)

In short that error message means that your sending it to an invalid or empty email address.

hi @sebgedge  its becouse your distributions list is empty

@PieterVeenstra Let me know if you need anything else I've checked and the contact has a valid email address and the email we're sending from it's the owner of a distribution group but isn't a distribution list and also has an active inbox
