Receiving multiple emails

Dear all I am trying to create a action tracker that can send emails when an action in a list is due. The issue I am having is that I am receiving multiple emails when I only want to receive one. I tried removing the "apply to each loop" but I end up getting an error. Does anyone how to solve this issue?

Whats the error you are getting? Also could you post your flow screenshot. The current screenshot doesn't reveal how you extracting the data. Also you mentioned about without foreach.

Please explain more details about your requirement and share more details about the column in the list?

Which "Apply to each" in your flow is the one you don't need?
