Record multiple choice Forms responses into new rows

Hello, hoping that I might get some help with this.  If a user selects multiple answer from a Forms question, I would like Power Automate to create a new row on Sharepoint List for each selection.  Example:

Select your accounts:

• xyy
• abc
• efg
• hij
• klm

Sharepoint List:

Joe@dfgy.com	xyz
Joe@dfgy.com	abc
Joe@dfgy.com	efg

Is this even possible to do?  Thank you for the help.

Another question, when I want to update an entry, I’m using a condition that looks to see if the Test1 field exists on the Sharepoint list, Test1 is equal to 0, if yes, create item; if no, update item.  When I run it, it comes back as successful but no entries are added or updated. Is my condition statement wrong?
