Recurrence - Daily Task duedate/time not triggering

I am currently building a task list in mircosoft flows from planner.

I have my tasks set daily and certain times to assign a task, i have the task set to be due 2 hours later from the time of assignment. The tasks are assigning correctly and at the right times. But the date time i have set isn't working, it will become due the next day.

I run the flow and it shows the due date/time correctly, but in planner it isn't flagging as due

Re: Recurrence - Daily Task duedate/time not triggering

Hi @vdowney ,

It's a time zone issue.

In flow, the date always uses the UTC time.

However, when the time transfers to other services, the date will convert from UTC to the local time.

So I suggest you use the convertFromUtc() function to get the correct time.

For more information about convertFromUtc() function, please take a reference:

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Expression reference:

convertFromUtc(utcNow(),'China Standard Time','yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')
addHours(convertFromUtc(utcNow(),'China Standard Time','yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ'),2)
