Recurrence -> List tasks,Filter array,Apply to each,Compose,Select,Create HTML table,Send an email

Hi,

I'm trying to build a flow that will send a weekly list of all the tasks that aren't complete, but I am getting an email for every task currently:

just to add, the compose array is:

array(formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')?['dueDateTime'],'dd-MM-yyyy')) which gives me an output in a Due Date column of ["16-09-2018"] instead of the date and time...

ALthough it would be good to get rid of the quotation marks and brackets!

Hi @cpmb82,

Do you want to filter out the items that the complete percentage is not equal to a specific number, and the due date is equal to a specific date?

What’s the purpose of the code array used in the Compose action?

I have made the following flow to filter out the tasks that the complete percentage is not equal to 30, and the due date is equal to Today.

In the action Filter array, use the following code:

@and(not(equals(item()?['percentComplete'], 30)),equals(formatDateTime(item()?['dueDateTime'],'yyyy-MM-dd'),utcnow('yyyy-MM-dd')))

The flow is configured likes below and it works just fine.

Hi @v-yamao-msft

I want it to email a table of the planner items that are not equal to 100% complete at 9am on Monday every week, so I made the filter array not equal to (int(100)):

Currently I get that in an email but it's sending that email for every task that doesn't equal 100% complete... I only want it to send 1 email a week

Thanks!

Hi @cpmb82,

Thanks for clarification.

Please try to use the action Append to array, I assume that the following blog could be your reference:

Please check it for more details and feel free reply if you need more help.
