Reminder flow that stops after "concluded" option has been chosen.

Hello all!

I have learn how to create a reminder flow .

Now I wanted to created a form, with this reminder that also (when user finish the task I asigned to them by the form, they must edit form and select "concluded" and save form) have a "reminder stop trigger".

I mean, I want to know how can I adjust the flow to add this "stop" trigger as a continue of the flow I placed on the link above?

I understand that this "stop" will only affect the itens on the list that has "concluded" on the column. The "ongoing" and "not started" whould not be affected!

Please post a screen shot of your existing Flow.  That will make it much easier to provide you with a solution.

Hi @Lucas_Goncalves ,

Could you share more details on your scenario?

You mentioned “a form”, is it Microsoft Forms?

Do you want to terminate the flow if the selection is Concluded?

May you consider adding a Condition in the flow to check if the selection is Concluded or not. If yes, terminate the flow using Terminate action.

Best regards,

I use Sharepoint traditional form. I still don´t use MS forms, but I will use in the future, since Sharepoint sometimes have a lag that makes my users angry hhahahaha

I want the reminder flow to terminate if user update the form with "concluded" option. But I have no Idea how and I´m that kind of user that need step by step screen to learn 😞

Anyone to support me? I really need to add this "step"...

Hi @Lucas_Goncalves ,

In my scenario, I have a column Status, I don’t want the flow to process when the status is Approve, so I add a Condition in the flow to check if the status is equal to Approve. If yes, do nothing, if no, do the following actions.
