Hi @ganeshnr523

Just give a try this with this

Step 1: trigger to receieve email

Nived_Nambiar_0-1680089484457.png

Step2: Compose action to retrive caution message to end from email body

Nived_Nambiar_1-1680089719505.png

expression used:

slice(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],indexOf(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; margin:0px; background:yellow; color:red">'))

Step 3: use compose action to slice the result from 2nd compose step to retrive only caution message

Nived_Nambiar_2-1680089780350.png

expression: slice(outputs('Compose'),0,add(indexOf(outputs('Compose'),'<br>'),1))

Step 4: Use replace action to replace the text obtained from step 3 compose action in email body using compose action

Nived_Nambiar_3-1680089848111.png

expression: replace(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],outputs('Compose_2'),'')

Step 5: use html to text action to convert html to plain text (using output from step 4 )

Nived_Nambiar_4-1680089918240.png

Result was like below

Input email body

Nived_Nambiar_5-1680090011027.png

Output email body

Hi ,

Hi @Nived_Nambiar

I tried to test it, but getting the following

ganeshnr523_0-1680106335535.png

This is what I did from my end.

ganeshnr523_1-1680106384389.png

Expression in compose 2 -

slice(outputs('Html_to_text')?['body'],indexOf(outputs('Html_to_text')?['body'],'span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; margin:0px; background:yellow; color:red">'))

compose 3 -
slice(outputs('Compose_2'),0,add(indexOf(outputs('Compose_2'),'<br>'),1))

Compose 4 -
replace(outputs('Html_to_text')?['body'],outputs('Compose_3'),'')

Hi @ganeshnr523

I would suggest two things

1. First try to do caution part seperate, and see if it works

2. The caution part should be placed before signature removal part as caution text should be removed with help of html only, once caution is removed, then we can send the updated html (with no caution text) to signature removing part, where operation is done via first converting html to plain text if i am right 🙂
