Remove unwanted characters in Excel from MS Forms

Hello! I've created a flow that is triggered when a new MS form is completed. The information is saved in an Excel document on a SharePoint site.

 

The MS Form has a multiple choice column called "Topic". I want to remove the characters that appear between the choices (["). It works after the Compose and Join step. However, it's not removing those characters in the Excel spreadsheet. Here are are my steps:

 

1. Get Response Details

2. Compose (Inputs = Topics)

3. Join (From = json with column name chosen and Join with = ; ) 

4. Add a row into a table (Excel file on Sharepoint - I have to use excel because of our Team)

etc.

 

Step 2 and 3 remove the characters [ " so when I use that step for the email, it looks great. However,  how do I update that information in the Excel spreadsheet? I've only created a few simple flows.
