You could try the Move to REST API with an HTTP call.

Hi @egonhajek,

Do you want to rename a file in a SharePoint picture library within Microsoft Flow?

Renaming file action is not supported in SharePoint connector of Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

More details about using Rest API in HTTP action, please check and see if the following article would help in your scenario:

Best regards,

Kris
