Rename a file in Sharepoint with Date

I want to rename  a file on Sharepoint called file.pdf into file-MM-yyyy.pdf after file.pdf is stored on SP. Thanks for your support.

Hi @fchopo , unfortunately the description is not specific enaugh. I'm not an HTTP expert. I will use a workaround: post the file on onedrive, rename it there and move it to sharepoint, that is much easier.  Or do you have a good example flow, which only needs to be modified? Thanks,
