We receieve daily emails with an attachment which I would like to rename to a standardized name to overwrite in the OneDrive (to have the latest version and avoid many files). Is there a way to do this? Files are PDF. Thank you very much for any help.
Dear,
Yes this is possible.
When using the "create file" - action. You can assign as file name, and here the magic is happening.
You can write your own file name, but then the process will overwrite the file every day. But you can also add some date/time format information, see example.
I hope this helps for you.

Still struggling a bit I apologize. I would actually like it to overwrite each day so I only have the most current version. How do I input my own custom name? It does not appear that I can just type it in? What happens when I just type in the name is it saves as a file but has no extension (emailed file is a PDF)
