I am new to Power Automate. I found a neat little flow that creates a Planner task out of an email when the user flags the email for follow up. When I saved the flow I found the Conversion Connector violated our DLP. My company will not allow Preview status connectors to be used.
Browsing the archives someone suggested passing the email through excel to remove the HTML. I haven't been able to find any examples on how to do this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance!!

Hi @hnathan ,
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow?
Do you mean you couldn't use the html to text action? could you please take a try to use the "Body preview" dynamic content from the trigger to get the body of the email without html type?
Best regards,
Alice

Hi @hnathan,
if your company allows you to use Premium connectors, retrieve a plain text of email using MS GRAPH.

Hello @v-alzhan-msft!!
It appears you have provided a viable alternative to the Content Converter Connector that I am unable to use. I have attached my flow before and after. The flow runs successfully though there is no task created in Planner. I'll have to troubleshoot that issue. The output from the Body preview looks good, though.
I apologize for the delay in responding and I appreciate the assist!!
