Reply-to email address

Hi,

I have created a Microsoft Form that users use to make a  request. The Flow runs whenever someone submits a form request, and sends the response data  to the person responsible via email. The person responsible needs to reply to the request. However, the Flow runs from a system account so if they reply it sends an email to the none monitored system account. Basically, is it possible to add a reply-to email address in the body of the email to use as the default reply-to address?

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

Hi @KJC
Some options- 1) Use a connection that is a monitored mailbox 2) setup a shared mailbox and use the "send from a shared mailbox connector" 3) CC a monitored mailbox and request that they Reply all

Hope this helps!
