Report on Makers in the Power Platform

Hello Power Automate Community,

I hope you can help please.
I want to find a way to get data on when a user became a maker in the Power Platform.

I want to know who the maker is and when they became a maker, meaning when did they first create a power app or a flow?

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this data using Power Automate please? I looked at the “admin connectors”, but couldn’t see anything that can give me this information.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Garry

Hi @GarryPope,

You could use the PowerShell to Export all Flow and PowerApps to a CSV file, then convert the CSV file into an Excel file.

After it, you could use a filter query to sort these Makers by name and find their first Flow and Apps details.

There are the cmdlets about the PowerShell could help you:

Hello @Anonymous,

Thanks so much for the response. We have the COE installed, and that was my first place to look. I was hoping there would be a field on the Maker record such as "Maker Since", but I couldn't find anything like that. So I'll just pull all the Flow records with the field "Maker" and "Flow Created On", plus all the Power App records with "App Created On" and "App Owner" and then just filter them in Excel, a bit fiddly, but nice and simple.

Thanks!

Garry
