Reset Recurrence flow if action takes place

I need to create a Recurrence flow, which is monitoring if a specific file under my sharepoint document library is updated/modified... if file is not modified within say 90 days, flow needs to send an email to document owner... However, if file is updated before 90 day timer expires, then a new 90 day timer will start when document is modified.  Any advise/recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Reset Recurrence flow if action takes place

These steps:

1) flow triggered on schedule daily
2) use the Date action with ‘current time’ shape
3) use SharePoint action with ‘List folder’ shape
4) use a ‘Compose’ shape and in the inputs select dynamic content ‘Last Modified’ this will create a apply to each loop
5) use another ‘Compose’ and I put the expression:
addDays(utcNow(), 90, 'yyyy-MM-dd')
6) use a if block to see if current date is equal to Last modified date.

My steps above might need some tweaking based on the date format of SharePoint.

For example you might need to use the adddays expression on the last modified date instead of utcNow
