Restapi Issue While Creating Flow

Getting RestApi error while I am trying to create a flow using office 365 Outlook email.


ERROR: Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. clientRequestId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
I am trying to create a sample approval flow using office365 outlook.
Can any help me to resolve this.

Hi Pavan,


This happens for mailboxes that have not been migrated to O365. Your mailbox is likely still on a dedicated exchange server. You'll need to request your Outlook administrator migrate your mailbox.

Thank much Michael, I have one more question raised by my client regarding office365.

Is it only developer account need to be migrated to office365 or the application user's account also need to migrate to office365?
