Re: Restarting approval flow if approver has not actioned

@LeeSJOG :

You can accomplish your goal by using a timeout on the approval.  If you can tell me what you want to happen after 48 hours, I can provide an example.  Do you want the approval reassigned to someone else?

Sorry scott i didnt mean to hit the resolved button.

After 48 hours i would just like the flow to start again so the approver is sent the E-mail again.

Kind Regards

@LeeSJOG :

Would sending a reminder email work just as well for you?

Re: Restarting approval flow if approver has not actioned

Hi Scott

A reminder E-mail would be great providing it would still contain the comments option within, so the approver does not have to go through their E-mails looking for the origional ?

Kind Regards
