Retrieve Dynamics 365 CE users that are following an account

Hi everyone,

I am working on a flow that triggers when a support case is opened.  Once the case is created I would like the flow to gather the users that are following the account and then perform some kind of action for these users.  Is this even possible?  I can't seem to find an entity that would grant me this list.

Much thanks in advance!

Re: Retrieve Dynamics 365 CE users that are following an account

Hello,

I believe this is possible using the ‘post follow’ entity. I do not have a instance setup to test myself. But reading this documentation, seems possible. Sorry if this does not solve your issue, here is the link.

Thank you @Jcook !!! I'm sure it's the same but I found it under the Follows entity.  This gave me exactly what I was looking for.
