This is a little bit of a stretch, but I was wondering if it's possible to do the following in Flow:
1. Identify particular incoming automated emails, using combination of sender and subject line and body text.
2. Find a particular embedded hyperlink in the text of the email, identified by a constant text string (e.g., "Participant Waiver PDF").
3. Download the PDF that's on the other end of that hyperlink and save the PDF in SharePoint.

Sorry for telling you that the function to download a file from a link is not supported in microsoft flow currently.
And I afraid that it is not possible to achieve your needs with microsoft flow.
