Retrieve attachment name / attachment extension from dataverse file column

Hi there, 

In my flow that i'm building I have a requirement to retrieve the file name / file extension from a dataverse file column. I will use this to determine whether the file is a pdf, csv, jpeg etc. 

I have managed to download the file using the Microsoft Dataverse 'Download file or image' connector. However this only gives me the file content. How do I retrieve the file name and therwith the .extension?

I have implemented a work around where my app patches the attachment name including .extension to another column 'AttachmentFileName'.
