Return all results from a Stored Procedure in one email body

I know how to execute a sproc and create an email for each row. I want to know how I can get all the rows into one email.

Thanks

Brian

Hi @BrianH,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

I think your thought is available, in addition, you could also consider take a try to use the "Create HTML table" action to achieve your needs.

Please check and see if the following thread would help you in understanding the usage of the "Create HTML table" action:

More details about the "Create HTML table" action, please check the following article:

I was able to get it working using a variable 🙂

Not sure if there is a better way though.

1. set Recurrence.

2. Initialize variable

3. execute sproc

4 appy each

4b. Append column from result set to variable.

5. send email.

I was going to share a screenshot but I dont see anyway to add a picture or attachment. Though I know there must be a way since others are doing it.

Thanks for the links.

Look at that, there is a "Create HTML Table" action. I had no idea. Still learning. 🙂

I am extremely interested to see how you got the results of your SP to the mail.
I am trying to do the same thing but am also still learning Flow.

Any hints, especially about step 4/4b would be appreciated.

Hi Brain,

Hi BrianH,

Would you be willing to share the details behind

1. set Recurrence.

2. Initialize variable

3. execute sproc

4 appy each

4b. Append column from result set to variable.

5. send email.

Specifically in step 4 and 4b how are you referencing the returned sproc table.     Are you using the 'Body' or the 'ResultSets' objects?   What syntax are you using to get down to the   table.column   level?

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
