Root folder is not found while creating File on SharePoint

Hi Experts! I am trying to create a Folder and a File in SharePoint. I am able to create a Folder but when I try to create a file, I get this error;

What am I doing wrong here?

The document library name is also part of the folder path in SharePoint.  Is the library you are saving to called Sample?  If not, that is what you are missing.

/Shared Documents/Sample/...
