I leveraged this flow from April Dunnam's recipe found here. I'm struggling to figure out how to wrap this up in a nice little bow and make it work with Freshdesk. Only the ID of each counter shows up in the dynamic content when I go to update a ticket.
It's important to note that Freshdesk already has a built-in round robbin ticket assignment feature. However, that feature is for, "Estate" level accounts and above. My team currently has the, "Garden" level account, thus we do not have the built-in round robbin feature.
It's impossible to build your own round robbin inside of Freshdesk's own ticket automation. Trust me, I've tried. I believe this is my solution; I'm so close. I just need a little help sealing the deal.
