Hi @frixel ,

Could you please check from the flow run history to see if the has run 2 times? It the flow has run two times, you must be have modified the file for two times, please make sure you update the file for one time before you save the file then the flow run for the only one update.

You told that your flow has run two times however you have received 4 emails, I'm afraid that your flow has run 4 times so you could receive 4 emails, please check if you have another flow that has been triggered to run 2 times and send the 2 extra emails.

Hi @v-alzhan-msft

I have run one Flow. (i see it in the email, i have set it with one flow)

See under.

I open the source file and make one change in ine Row, saved (ctl+s)  and close the file.

I receive 4 emails on differend times!

There are in the Target 4 rows(36-39) update!

The problem is still not solved.

When i only the document open will there be 2 emails that a copy has been made to sharepoint.(autosave is off in the onedrive document)

And when I make an adjustment, there are also 2 emails that an adjustment has been made.
