Run flow for each unique column value in SharePoint list

I have a SharePoint list to log each workers extra hours.

Then I created a Flow that triggers once a month to make some calculations with those hours and send me an email.

Let's say my list is something like this:

WorkerExtra hoursTraveled km
Susan4120
Susan1738
James1171
Mike4369

Right now, my flow would take every row and do the calculations with all the values. But what I want is to be able to run it once for each diferent worker, so 3 times: Susan, James and Mike.

Any idea how can I achive that? Maybe start with a SharePoint query and store the unique values for the field 'Worker', then run the rest of the flow for each value?

Re: Run flow for each unique column value in SharePoint list

Hi @U_Idigoras

I think that could be a solid strategy. Something like this:

Then you can do the calculations for each element by doing an "Apply to Each".

I recommend fetching only the values you need by filtering by the name by doing the following:

Is this what you need?
