SP Online list - When an item is created or modified: identify the trigger

I'm building a flow with the mentioned trigger in the title. Is there any way to identify the changed field which did cause the flow to trigger and use it in further actions?

As was mentioned by @RezaDorrani there is no built-in Flow functionality that allows you to see/know which SharePoint column has changed.

 

Here is a blog post that I wrote that explains how to accomplish your goal.

There is no direct way to check which field change triggered the flow

 

MVP John Liu has a blog which checks item versions to determine if specific fields have changed

This will give you the fields which have been modified but as you will see in the blog, it will involved checking each field in your list with the items previous version (you will need versioning enabled to get this to work)
