SQL Get Rows with ODATA Query (Date as string in SQL) against UTCnow())

Hello,

I have a MySQL-table, in which we add records (of Corona tests) daily. I have to delete the records after 2 weeks. In the table I store the date that the record was created as a string in the column 'testdatum' as "dd.MM.yyyy hh:mm:ss" so I can display it properly in PowerApps.

What I want to do is have  a recurring flow that will compare the records in the SQL database with the current time and delete the rows in the table that are older than 13 days and that will update another table to mark the student as 'untested'.

I'm struggling with the odata-query to filter the Get Rows action.

I'm trying to compare this expression to the one stored in the table, but don't know how to do it:

datetimevalue(addDays(utcNow(),-14))

Maybe I should store the datevalue in a variable to make the flow not have to calculate it for every line.

I'm looking forward to your answers.
