SQL Server - when an Item is Created action. Works with one table, not with another! Why?

I have two on-prem tables that I am trying to get the SQL Server - when an Item is Created action working.  One table, it works flawlessly.  On the other table, it just sits... never executes when a row is added.  Can you tell me why from the attached data?

I see the Identity Column blank for the non-working table.  Is it as simple as populating that with the indexable, uniqueidentifier column?

Hi @martinav,

Please take a try to create a new row again and check if the flow would be triggered.

Also please don't leave the Identity Column blank when you create a row to the table to see if the flow would be triggered

Best redards,

Alice
