Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Hello,

I have a flow that is pulling over the last 7 days of open opportunities and displaying certain fields in this HTML table that is emailed to the Sales Manager.

I would like to add the column for taking the "Equipment Sales Rep GUID" and display the rep assigned to that GUID in the HTML table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Hi @clubinski

Please make the modifications as below:

1. In the Get record 2, select the Users Entity. For Item Identifier, Select the "Equipment Sales Rep" option.

In the append to array variable, select "First Name" or "Full Name".

Hope this Helps.

Thanks.

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Hi @clubinski ,

Can you please share details on "Equipment Sales Rep"? Is this a lookup to the Account Entity or the Users entity?

Please ensure that you are pointing to the right entity to get the correct data. I am assuming that "Equipment Sales Rep" is a User from your organisation and that is where you should be looking for them.

If not, please share more details so that we may assist you better.

Hope this helps!

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Hi @clubinski ,

Could you share more details on your scenario for better understanding?

Do you want to get the rep’s display name in the HTML table?

It seems that Equipment sales rep is a custom field, what’s the type of it?

In the first screenshot, Get record 2 is using Accounts entity, however, in the second screen shot, Get record 2 is using Opportunities entity.

Best regards,

Mabel

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Definitely not using the correct field for the get record.

Here is the set up for this field in CRM.

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

BTW,

This is field on the Rep Assignment Entity.  I tried added that to the Get Record too , and then adding that field to the variable and it failed.

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Hi @clubinski ,

So we know that this is a LookUp field. But what we are trying to understand is where is this lookup pointing to.

You can check that by-> Going to the relationships and checking the related entity details from the relationship tab.

If you can share that where this field is looking, we might be able to solve this issue.

Thanks.

Re: Sales Rep from Dynamics to HTML Table

Hey!

So if you see teh action Get Record from the Rep Assignements entity, you have added the item identifier as the GUID ("Equipment Sales Rep") from opportunity. So in the variable on the Equipment Rep attribute, select the "Name" (this may differ) option from the Dynamic content tab of the Get Record 2 subtab.

Hope this Helps.

Thanks.

Under the Get Record 2 I add the Entity Rep Assignment.

The Item Identifier I do not see Equipment Sales Rep GUID from the Opportunity it is on the "Account" Get Record 1.

I add that Equipment Sales Rep looking for the GUID and then add the Name from Get Record 2. (FAILED)

I see when adding to the array I have 2 Equipment Sales Rep fields under Get Record 2 Dynamic Content.

Hi @clubinski ,

Can you share details on the "Equipment Sales Rep" field? I mean to ask that on which entity do you have this field? Is it on accounts or on opportunities?

Thanks,
