I am trying to create a flow where when a Salesforce case is created, from a certain group, a task is automatically created in Planner.
hi @frankrosi you can do it if you know the record name.
So you can use When a new record is created and then create a task (Planner)
The records are your entities like (Clients, Opportunities, etc)
I am just not sure what to fill in for the below fields. The case type is requirement intake if that matters. I would than plan to do the same for when a record is modify

Filter Query - To get a result in your flow by adding a Filter so if you have lots of records and wants just the started with A, you can use filter query.
Order By - The same as Filter but this takes all value and you can order by ASC o DSC
Select Query - You can select one record from a list or records.
