Same flow for different Sharepoint possible ?

I created from template this simple flow, basicaly to inform team's members that new file has been created in the sharepoint.

Is it possible to modify in order the flow manage for couple of sharepoints ?

Or do I have to create 1 flow for 1 sharepoint ? Which is force admin to not forget to create flow each time a new project sharepoint is created.

Thank you in advance for your help !

Re: Same flow for different Sharepoint possible ?

Hello @MJKjoachim ,

Yes you have to recreate it for each SharePoint library where you want to use. Currently it is not possible to bulk set it.

I opened a while ago idea to be able to reuse Flow - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/Reuse-Flow/idi-p/76631

Solution is that you can send it as a copy now. But still you have to configure it manually. Not able to simply select it in similar as templates that are available when you hit flow button in sharepoint library.

I beleive that the only option you have is to search and support similar Idea or open new here on Forum:

Re: Same flow for different Sharepoint possible ?

Hi @MJKjoachim ,

At present, similar triggers can only serve a specified SharePoint site, which needs to be specified and cannot be changed dynamically.

You could consider creating a copy of Flow via Save As or Send a copy, and then changing Site Address and other information in the copy.
