Save attachment that starts with xxxx from a specific user to Onedrive

Hi,

I'm new on this so please bare with me... I have searched the forum but haven't been able to solve my problem.

I'm getting emails every day from "Jane", the email is without subject but with an attachment called "Timereport xx-xx-xx" where the xx-xx-xx is a date so that will change every day.

I want ta have this report saved in a specific Onedrive folder automatically.

So if I have been unclear above Smiley Happy I want to:

When an email arrives from Jane I want to save all attachments where the attachmentname starts with Timereport to a specific folder in Onedrive.

Thanks!

Hi @Robban the following should get you to where you want to be. My trigger is when an email arrives, however I've included the From email address in that trigger.

Condition 1: If the email subject starts with Timereport

If Yes - Get each attachment from the email

Condition 2: Does the attachment name start with Timereport

If yes, Create file in OneDrive using the Attachment Name and the Body output from "Get Attachment"

Hi @MattWeston365, thanks for a quick answer.

The email subject is normally empty so I can't "sort out" on that. Do you have any other suggestion?

Thanks,

Robert

Hi @Robban  that's absolutely fine, we can just change that first condition. Rather than it looking at the subject, just change it to: Has Attachment is equal to true.

As long as you've populated the "From" field in the trigger (select Show advanced options) then you should be cooking on gas.

Hi @MattWeston365 , thanks for checking back.

No, it did not solve my problem, I'm probably doing something wrong somewhere Smiley Embarassed. All this is not that clear for me yet... I will see if I can make a screenshot on the settings I have right now.
