Schedule Send email with attaching file from SharePoint library document

Hello,

Need help! I am new to flow, so maybe someone has already posted this. I want to schedule a recurring email to be sent every Monday at 9 am with an attached spreadsheet from the SharePoint Library. How do I do this with single and multiple attachments?

Thank you!

Melissa

@melgilkessmith:

I believe that your issue is that you need to reference the File content from the Get File Content in Dynamic Properties when specifying the file content in the email (see my screen shot below).

 Also, it is OK to provide a file name in the email rather than referencing the Name from the Get File Metadata action but you need to provide a file extension.

To send an email on a schedule, you'll use a recurrence trigger - set it to fire for the time and frequency that you desire.  Click on "Advanced Options" on the trigger to set the start time and time zone.

Here is a link to a post that shows how to send an email with an attachment

Thank you! The flow is running successfully, however, the issue that I am having is the document sent cannot be opened. I attached an Excel spreadsheet but it doesn't open.
