Select from results of a sql stored procedure

I am trying to select from the results of a SQL stored procedure in a flow, but no dynamic content is available in the From when I add a Select data operator. (Was following along with the methodology in this post: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/return-an-array-from-a-sql-stored-procedure-to-powerapps-...

After searching around a bit I thought the problem might be that I am accesing a SQL server via an on-premises gateway per these posts:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/I-Found-A-Bug/SQL-Execute-Stored-Procedure-Data-Gateway-returns-...

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Checking-for-empty-stored-procedure-result/td-p/6...

However, I cannot even test out the solution proposed in these posts, as the advanced editor does not seem to be available in the Condition per this issue: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/flow-docs/issues/96

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @doubles ,

When using Stored procedure on an on-premises SQL Server, there are the following limitations:

  • Output values for OUTPUT parameters are not returned. You can still specify input values for OUTPUT parameters.
  • Return value is not available.
  • Only the first result set is returned.
  • Dynamics schemas are not supported for result sets.

You could try with SQL Server in could service and take the following blog for a reference:
