Send E Mail with all new Planner Tasks over all Plans/Buckets once a day

I need help,

 

I tried to send an E Mail at 8.00 in the morning to our GM with the following content:

 

All new tasks over all Buckets and all plans in one E Mail.

 

Please help me ... i tried al lot but I cannot fill it in one Mail over all Plans ...

You can follow the below steps for this: temp1.PNG

Recurrence trigger to run everyday at 8 in the morning. List all plans for a group and initialize an array variable to store all   the details.

The first apply to each is on all the plans listed and then list tasks for all those plans and then list all the buckets for that plan. now add a condition and in the left put bucket id from the list tasks outputs and then in the right put the bucket id from the list buckets output. This will automatically add two more apply to each loops. Now in the yes branch add an append to array variable and creaet key value pairs of all the data you need (carefully map the outputs from the different actions.)

Finally create an html table and send it to the person.
