Send Email based on website content

I constantly have 13 tabs open and have to manually refresh them to see if a site is down.

How might I use a flow to look at at these sites and determine if they are available and if they are not, send an email?

If they are up, the title of the page is MyQueue.

If they are down, there is a 503 error.

I looked at HTTP, but beyond the GET method and URI for the URL, I am unsure what I might do if this is possible.
