Send Email once task Completed in Planner to person who assigned task

I have been trying to create a Team Flow that will send an email to the person who assigned the task once a task (in Planner) is completed.  I would like the email to have the following:

  1. Name of person who completed the task
  2. Name(s) of person(s) who the task was assigned to
  3. Date and time task completed
  4. Bucket of task
  5. Name of completed task

Also, is there a way to send the same information in a chat message within Teams?  This isn't critical, but just wondering.  I'm having a hard time figuring out how to extract the O365 username for the users within a task.  Please help!

Re: Send Email once task Completed in Planner to person who assigned task

Hi @mooker15,

You could get user display name and email via Get user profile action, input the user id of the task and it will return user profile, then you can get the display name dynamic content. Cause the assign will be multiple people, you should initialize a variable to store the names for the after sending the email convenient. You could have a try:Annotation 2019-09-25 161446.png
