Send Email when a field in a item list turn to "Yes"

Hello,

I want to send a email when my field "Check" turn to Yes.

I already try with this :

Trigger : When item is created or modified ==> Get item ==> Condition : Check equal to Yes 

If Yes ==> Send Mail

If No ==> Empty

What's the type of column 'Check'? IS it a boolean?

If so, try to compare the content with the following expressions suggested in this thread:

I usually apply bool(1) and bool(0)
