Hello,
I created a flow that is triggered from MS Forms that sends the attachment uploaded to approval. After approval is received, I want to send an email with the same attachment that was included into the approval email.
I am able to create the flow to send the email after approval but once I add an attachment it fails.
Can someone please help?
