Send a push notificatio when receiving email from a complete domain

Dear reader,

I'm using flow template "Get a push notification for important emails"  to get a notification when a mail comes from a specific address. For the "VIP customer email ID" i have set a specific email address. But i like to get notified for every email from a specific domain.

What do i type in the "VIP customer email ID" field to get that working?

Do you have any idea?

Thanks in advance.

best regards,

Ruud Boersma

I think that's another template. I'm using the VIP template. I solved it by changing the condition from "is equel to" to "contains" and entered the customers email domainname in the VIP customer email id. Now there getting an sms from Twilio everytime an email arrives from a specific organisation. Doesn't happen often, but they need to wake up when it does happen. You cannot change the notification beeps in the Flow mobile app. That's why i used the SMS service.

best regards,

Ruud.

I don't think that that is possible. You could possibly use the exchange connector or MS Graph to check you inbox for emails and then trigger the notifications.

OK, then what about multiple email addresses? Do I seperate them with semicolons in this template?

Hi @SchylgeICT,

You could consider using Trigger-When a new emails arrives and type the email address you think is important in the From field.

Then, address of any received mail is included in the From field, you will receive a notification.

Note that the email address should be separated by a semicolon.

Please take a try.

Hi @SchylgeICT,

It seems that you have solved your problem, If yes, please go ahead and mark your post as solved by clicking “Accept as Solution” so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!

Also out of curiosity, could you share a screenshot of the VIP template you mentioned? I have tried searching for such a template in the Flow Templates, but it doesn't seem to match the one you described.

Thank you in advanced!
