Send an Approval E-mail - Pulling from List

Is there a way to pull from a list the choices for what's contained in an e-mail vs. approve/reject?

Re: Send an Approval E-mail - Pulling from List

Hi @ez1138,

Did you mean that you want the choices options in SharePoint list choice column show as the options in approval email? You can do this by typing the choices in User Options like this "Choice1,Choice2,Choice3".

You cannot directly select the Choice column dynamic content and fill it in the user options.

Re: Send an Approval E-mail - Pulling from List

I try to be more precise:
What I want to achieve:
Execute vacation appoval with Flow and capture date and time of approvals

What I did so far:
Created user defined list in Sharepoint
Mandantory columns: start date, end date, reason
Optional columns: "appoved by supervisor", "appoved by HR management"  (as date&time)
I took Flow template "vacation approval"

User creates new item in list
Supervisor gets mail and will approve then
Mail is sent to inform item creator then
Function "Update item" should write date and time of approval in the field  "supervisor appoved" then
Next appoval will start sending mail to HR management and will be appoved then

"Update item" should write date and time of apporval in the field  "HR management appoved"

In other words:
"start date" + "end date" + "reason" is filled out user
"appoved by supervisor" and "appoved by HR management" as date&time is filled by flow process

How can I get this?
Thank you very much for helping.

Re: Send an Approval E-mail - Pulling from List

Yes, that does "work" but not a way it should work at all.  We created a solution for it that dynamically changes this setting when entries are made.
